Why we started it

For more than ten years, we've worked inside regulated operations, redesigning how work gets done. In that time we've seen what makes change last, and what makes it stall.

AI hasn't changed that. Gartner expects more than 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, because of rising costs, unclear business value and weak risk controls. Most of those projects don't fail on the technology. They stall on what's underneath: systems that don't connect, data nobody trusts, processes nobody standardized, and teams that can't see what's in it for them.

We wanted to work on those foundations directly, and with the people who live with them every day.
