How a chemicals firm took AI live in 12 countries and won its team over

This company makes specialty chemicals for transportation and consumer markets. Its accounts payable process was manual and slow, and AI tooling could speed it up.

But it would only work if the accounts payable team trusted it, so they needed a hand in designing it. There was a lot to align, too, with multiple third parties and an internal development team involved.

Then our applied AI consulting defined, built and deployed the agent, working across the third parties and the internal development team. We integrated it directly with the company’s core finance system.

The agent is live with 85 users, and adoption was strong from day one. Invoice processing is now AI-assisted across 12 countries.
